Return Policy
Most new, unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery (online orders) or purchase (in-store). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 48 hours of our receipt of your return.
If you need to return an item, please send an email to help@lajapparel.com or call 703-239-3241. Face masks, custom orders, throw pillows and books are non-refundable/returnable.
Order Processing
We strive to process orders within 4 business days. When we receive spikes in order volume, it can take 10 days to 2 weeks to ship orders. Customers are notified by email or text message when their order has been shipped and when it is out for delivery.
Shipping
After orders are processed, they are shipped. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. United States Postal Service (USPS) is the mail delivery service used by LAJ Apparel. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail or First Class mail package service.
